What is graded, what is not, and how you can check every stone yourself.
Graded stones
Many of our diamonds carry an independent grading report, most often from IGI, and GIA on selected natural stones. Before you are invoiced, we send the report number so you can check it on the laboratory's own website. The details on the report must match the stone on your video and invoice.
Ungraded and small stones
Melee, small accent stones and some single stones are sold without a lab report. For these we write the full specification on your quote and invoice, film the goods for you, and can send any stone to a laboratory of your choice for grading before it ships, at cost.
How to verify a report
- Ask us for the report number of the stone you are considering.
- Enter it on the lab's report-check page (igi.org or gia.edu).
- Compare weight, measurements, colour and clarity with our video and quote.
- Where the girdle is inscribed, the number can be read with a loupe on arrival.
Natural and lab-grown disclosure
Every diamond is described as natural or lab-grown on your quote and invoice, and on its report where it has one. We never mix natural and lab-grown goods without telling you in writing.
Finished jewelry
With finished pieces you receive a written description listing metal purity, weights and stone details, suitable for your own records and your customer's insurance.

Grading you can verify yourself
Where a stone has a lab report, we send the number before invoicing so you can check it on the lab's own website. Ungraded stones can be sent for grading at your request.
Everything in writing
Shape, weight, colour, clarity, measurements and origin — natural or lab-grown — are written on your invoice. No vague descriptions.
You approve before anything is made
For jewelry, you sign off a 3D render and a written spec. Production starts only after your approval.
