Insured worldwide shipping
Every order ships by insured express courier (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or Brink's/Malca-Amit for high values) with tracking and signature on delivery. Insurance covers the full value until the parcel is in your hands.
Delivery times
Loose diamonds in stock ship within 2–4 business days. Custom jewelry ships 2–3 weeks after CAD approval. Transit to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and UAE is typically 2–5 business days.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and sales taxes depend on your country. We state them in your quote and can ship duties-paid (DDP) to most destinations so nothing is due at the door.
Returns
Loose diamonds may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with their original paperwork and any grading report. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less shipping and any non-recoverable bank or card fees.
Custom, engraved and resized jewelry is made specifically for you and is not returnable. We share CAD renders and finished-piece videos before shipping so you are fully satisfied before it leaves us.
How to start a return
Email info@verinajewels.com with your order number. We will send insured return instructions. Please do not send diamonds without a return authorisation.
