Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website, including the price checker, are indicative guides. A binding price is given only in a written quote for a specific stone or design, valid for the period stated. Diamond availability changes daily and stones are not reserved until a deposit is received.

Orders and deposits

Custom orders begin after a deposit (normally 50%). Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once CAD design or production has started, as materials and labour are committed to your piece.

Product descriptions

Grades are as stated on independent reports. Minor variations in weight (±5% for small stones) and dimensions are normal in handmade jewelry. Photos and renders are representative; videos of your actual item are provided before shipping.

Shipping, risk and title

Items are insured in transit. Risk passes to you on signed delivery. Title passes on full payment.

Custom and cut-to-order diamonds

Diamonds cut or sourced specially for you are ordered against a deposit. Final weight may vary slightly from the target size; the exact specification is confirmed in writing before the balance is paid.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the item concerned, except where law does not allow such a limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
